Weather Resistant TGIC Polyester Powder Coatings for Exterior and Interior Application.

Features: Good weather resistance, good mechanical properties,
very smooth flow, good storage stability, good coverage.

Gloss Level: All colors featured in this chart are available as standard
products in smooth glossy with a gloss level of 80-90+

Typical Applications: Residential windows and doors, garden equipment, patio furniture, automotive accessories, bicycles, motorcycles, sporting goods.

Series 38
Highly Weather- and UV-Resistant Powder Coatings based on Super
Durable TGIC Polyester for Exterior and Interior Applications.

Features: Superior gloss and color retention, excellent weather
resistance, good mechanical properties, superior chalk resistance,
smooth flow, excellent edge coverage, good storage stability.

Gloss Level: All colors featured in this chart are available as standard
products in smooth glossy with a gloss level of 80-90.

Typical Applications: Agricultural and construction equipment, bus
shelters, lighting fixtures, playground equipment, site furnishings,
garage doors, stadium seating, fencing, automotive equipment, and
marine applications.

Most colors are a smooth or hammertone high gloss finish for interior & exterior. Candy / Transparent colors in this chart are ideal for high polished aluminum or chrome.

Transparent and Candy: Transparent and Candy colors have limited UV stability. Since all products are transparent, colors shown in this brochure are representative of a nickel plated substrate. Many other attractive substrates, i.e. chrome or brushed aluminum are suitable for top coating with Transparent or Candy colors.

Flourescent: One- and Two-coat Fluorescents, as well as Glow-in-the-Dark powder coatings have limited UV stability.

Hammertones: A wide range of color choices is available in our popular Hammertone finishes. Series 39 Hammertones are suitable for exterior applications. Series 09 and 89 Hammertones are for interior applications only.

Designer Finishes and Antico: Primarily developed for the furniture and lighting industries, Designer Finishes and Anticos provide an out-of-the-ordinary designer look in two and three tone colors, textures and metallic undertones, simulating the oxidation of copper, natural
rock and precious stone.

A complete chart of the powder coating metallic finishes.

Most colors contain metallic flakes and require a clear powder coat as a top coat. Some finishes are a smooth, textured or wrinkled high gloss finish for interior & exterior.

Legend: This brochure shows a combination of exterior and interior products. All exterior products are also suitable for interior use. However, interior products (Series 09 and 69) do not offer adequate UV resistance for exterior applications. Please note: A clear top coat will not increase UV resistance. Please see our product number matrix in this brochure for more information.

Silver:We offer a large selection of interior and exterior, one-coat and two-coat silver and chrome finishes. Clear coats are recommended where indicated by a (red dot).

Metallic: Many choices of colors are available as stock products in one and two coat formulations. We recommend clear coating of the Series 09 interior products.

Iron Glimmer: Smooth and fine textured exterior Iron Glimmers have that metallic look, but little or no metallic content, making this product the perfect one coat finishing solution.

Pearlescent White offers reflective metallic values, reminiscent of a natural pearl.

Glitter: We offer Gold, Silver and Twilight Glitter powder coatings, which are sparkling metallic flakes suspended in a clear coat. Twilight Glitter sparkles in many colors. They can be applied over a base coat of any color for a variety of effects.

Steel Rack colors were formulated as economical solutions to match typical industry colors for industrial warehouse racking systems.

Our popular Series 39 Volume industry products come in a
variety of color choices ranging from smooth glossy to semi
gloss, mattes, textures and metallics.

Wrinkles provide an attractive finishing solution for electronics
and other metal cabinets, lighting fixtures, automotive
accessories and more, as they offer concealment
of metal imperfections.

High Heat Resistant Fine Texture Black features a heat
stability of up to 600 deg F (315 deg. C). Gloss and
adhesion are subject to degradation in time.

Polyester Urethanes: A wide selection of specific qualities
and finishes are available in a range of black.
